Welcome to Creative Cubby, Learn and Create Studio. By accessing our website, booking our classes, camps, or workshops, or participating in our studio activities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

The terms "Creative Cubby," "we," "us," or "our" refer to the owners of the studio. The term "you" refers to the user, customer, or parent/guardian registering a participant.

At Creative Cubby, we prioritize transparency and legal compliance. Our Terms and Conditions are designed to establish the legal boundaries governing the activities of our website visitors and customers. It is important to note that the Terms and Conditions serve as a legally binding agreement between Creative Cubby and our valued visitors and customers.

1. Class Registration & Payments

  • All registrations must be completed through our online system prior to the start of the class or event.

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

  • By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the credit card or payment method provided.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because our classes require us to purchase materials and schedule instructors ahead of time, we enforce the following policies for cancellations:

  • Single Workshops & Special Events: Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund or studio credit. Cancellations made between 48 hours and 6 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund or full studio credit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event (or no-shows) are non-refundable.

  • Multi-Week Series & Summer Camps: Cancellations made 14 or more days before the series/camp begins are eligible for a full refund minus a $5.00 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are eligible for studio credit only. No refunds or credits are given after a series or camp has begun.

  • Studio Cancellations: If Creative Cubby must cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or inclement weather, you will be offered a full refund, a rescheduled date, or a studio credit.

3. Photo & Media Release

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you grant Creative Cubby, Learn and Create Studio permission to take and use photographs, video recordings, or digital media of you and/or your participating child during studio activities.

  • Usage: These images and videos may be used for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, and printed brochures.

  • Privacy: To protect our participants, we will never publish a child's full name, age, or sensitive personal details alongside their photo without separate, explicit written consent.

  • Compensation: You acknowledge that these materials are the sole property of Creative Cubby and that no monetary compensation or royalties will be paid.

  • Opt-Out: If you prefer that we do not take photos of you or your child, you must notify us in writing via email at CreativeCubby1@Gmail.com prior to the start of your first class.

4. Studio Safety, Behavior, Age Policy & Liability

  • Drop-Off Age Policy: To ensure the safety of all participants, children must be eleven (11) years of age or older to be dropped off for a class without an adult present. Children aged 11 and up must be signed in and signed out by a parent or legal guardian at the studio door.

  • Children Under 11: Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult (parent, legal guardian, or trusted caregiver) or an older sibling (aged 16 or older) who will remain with them in the studio for the duration of the class.

  • Behavior: We strive to keep Creative Cubby a safe, kind, and inspiring place. We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to staff or other students.

  • Safety & Liability: Art making can involve scissors, glue, paint, and other tools. While we heavily supervise all activities and prioritize safety, Creative Cubby is not liable for any minor injuries, allergic reactions to standard art materials, or damage to personal property/clothing. Please dress your children in "art-friendly" clothes!

5. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Creative Cubby and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy or reproduce our website content without permission.

  • We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate, but we do not guarantee that class descriptions, dates, or prices are completely error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors.

6. Changes to Terms

Creative Cubby reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
