Cancellation, Refund, & Makeup Class Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens, schedules change, and kids get sick! Because our classes require us to purchase materials and schedule instructors ahead of time, we enforce the following policies for all registrations:

Single Workshops & Special Events

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: Eligible for a full refund or a full studio credit.

• Cancellations made 48 hours to 6 days before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund or a full studio credit.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event (or No-Shows): No refunds or credits can be issued, as materials have already been prepped for you.

Multi-Week Class Series & Summer Camps

• Cancellations made 14+ days before the series begins: Eligible for a full refund minus a $5.00 administrative processing fee.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the series begins: Eligible for studio credit only.

• After the series begins: No refunds or credits can be given for dropped classes.

Sick Policy & Makeup Classes

If your child is sick, please keep them home to keep our studio healthy!

• Please notify us at least 2 hours before class if you will be absent.

• While we cannot guarantee a makeup session due to limited class sizes, we will do our best to offer a spot in a concurrent class (if available) or provide a "Creative Cubby Take-Home Kit" so they don't miss out on the project.

If Creative Cubby Cancels a Class

If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or inclement weather, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will receive the choice of a full refund, a rescheduled date, or a studio credit.
